Erik Pedersen-Jauch founded the company in 2022 after almost a decade of working with some of the biggest real estate firms in the country. The vision was to be smaller, more client-focused, and always be on the cutting edge of the latest technology and marketing techniques.
Our areas of focus are Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We know that each of these markets are incredibly unique and different approaches are required at each.
